We offer virtual training designed for small groups or individual one-on-one sessions.
# 6 - Mystery Shopping
We will conduct a series of phone shops and in-person visits to ensure your employees are delivering "WOW" customer service and operating in a manner that poses no liabilities to the company. As requested, we can also provide in-service customer service reports.

We streamline vendor management by identifying and reaching out to qualified vendors in your area who are available and willing to provide quotes. Our team handles the initial outreach and quote collection, particularly for capital expenditure (Capex) projects, ensuring you have reliable options to choose from with minimal effort on your part.
